Health Remedies is a wholesale pharmaceutical company licensed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. We supply medicines exclusively to registered pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, medical stores and other licensed healthcare entities. All transactions are governed by applicable Indian laws and regulations.
3. Eligibility
Products are available for purchase only to businesses holding valid Drug Licenses, GST registrations and other applicable licences as required under Indian pharmaceutical distribution law. By placing an enquiry or order, you confirm that you are a registered business entity eligible to purchase pharmaceutical products wholesale.
4. Product Information
Product descriptions, compositions and availability information on this website are provided for reference purposes only. We make every effort to keep product information accurate; however, final specifications, pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of order.
5. Pricing
Prices listed (if any) are indicative wholesale rates and are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices are confirmed upon order placement and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
6. Orders and Payment
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Payment terms are as agreed between Health Remedies and the purchasing entity. Advance payment is required for first-time buyers. Credit terms are available for established accounts at our discretion.
7. Returns and Complaints
Claims for damaged, incorrect or quality-deficient goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photographs, batch details). Replacements or credit notes will be issued at our discretion after verification. We do not accept returns of correctly supplied pharmaceutical products without prior written authorisation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Health Remedies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific goods supplied in any transaction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images and design, is the intellectual property of Health Remedies. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
